2. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

What you will receive. When you opt in, A Touch of Love Home Care may send text messages from (860) 606-4647 about:

Follow-up on an inquiry or request you submitted to us

Updates about your or your loved one's care, such as scheduling and caregiver visit changes

Requests to review our services after you have worked with us
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the optional text message consent box on one of our website forms, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service from us, and you do not need to opt in to become a client.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments and care schedule.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. To opt back in, reply START.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or call us at (203) 927-7543. You can also email ssmith@atouchoflovehomecare.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. Our messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.

Not for emergencies. Our text messages are not monitored around the clock for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.
